Seng has been a registered psychologist, practising since 2003.

He works full time as a Guidance Counsellor for a High School (Yr 7 - 12) and works at Bremer Specialist Centre on a casual basis.

He has accredited qualifications in (1) Educational and Developmental Psychology, (2) Teaching – specialising in students with disabilities and (3) 2X Certs in Career Development/Employment Services.
