Dr Ashwani Garg

Dr Ashwani Garg is a Consultant Psychiatrist with more than 15 years of experience in working with clients with mental health issues. He specialises in psychotherapy, Autism, ADHD, Advanced Nutritional Therapy and anxiety and mood disorders.
Dr Garg is a Fellow of Royal Australian and NewZealand College of Psychiatrists since 2010. He is registered with Australian Health Practitioners Authority. He is also a member of Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine.
His current other affiliations are as follows:
1. Consultant Psychiatrist, Mood Academic Unit, Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services.
2. Independent Medical Examiner, Red Health, Medico Legal Reporting Services of Australia and E Reports.

Dr Garg is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Advanced Nutritional Therapy recommended by Walsh Research Institute (www.walshinstitute.org) and Mensah Medical (www.mensahmedical.com). Advanced Nutritional Therapy is mainly used to correct biochemical imbalances such as Zinc deficiency, High free copper, Under or Over Methylation and high Pyrroles if present.

Dr Mangala Wickramasinghe
CONSULTANT PSYCHIATRIST

Dr Wickramasinghe is a Consultant Psychiatrist with an interest in General Adult Psychiatry, Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Psychosis and ADHD.
He has worked in a range of settings from acute, high-risk inpatient wards through to community environments.
Dr Wickramasinghe speaks fluent Sinhalese and English. He offers consultations in both languages allowing him to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations. He ensuring that his patients feel understood and involved in their treatment plans.

Dr Vijini Jayawardena

Dr. Vijini Jayawardena is a Consultant Psychiatrist with more than 15 years of experience in working with clients with mental health issues. She has special interest on Peri natal mental health, ADHD and Autism.
Dr. Jayawardena commenced her training in psychiatry in 2007 in Sri Lanka and obtained MD in Psychiatry in 2010. She migrated to Australia in 2011 and since being working at West Moreton Hospital and Health Service. Dr. Jayawardena is a Fellow of Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists since 2015. She has been working as a consultant Psychiatrist at West Moreton Hospital and Health Service since January, 2016. Dr. Jayawardena started her private practice at Bremer Specialist centre in 2017.

Dr Lincoln Pauliah

Lincoln has been practising Child & Youth Psychiatry since 2003 in Australia. His medical qualification are MBBS, DPM . His Certificate of Advance Training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry from University of Melbourne & Monash University & RANZCP Psychiatry Fellowship. Lincoln had since worked in three states (Victoria, Western Australia & Queensland). He had worked in Public service and part time doing private work in Toowoomba & Ipswich since 2014.
Lincoln consults for the age group of 6-21.
Lincoln has a special interest in ADHD, Anxiety Disorders & Autism Spectrum Disorders. He provides comprehensive assessment, diagnostic work up & management plan in the above areas. The management plan is individualised, patient & family centred approach incorporating evidence -based practice in Pharmacological therapies.

Dr Joeseph O’Callaghan
RHEUMATOLOGIST

Dr Joseph O’Callaghan is a consultant in adult general rheumatology. He is a visiting Rheumatologist at the Mater Adult Hospital. He undertook his rheumatology training in Brisbane, Adelaide and Sydney and in Edmonton, Canada. He completed an MD on the anti-inflammatory effects of methotrexate while a Spurway Fellow in Rheumatology at the Royal North Shore Hospital. Dr O’Callaghan has an interest in all aspects of rheumatology care.
Jacqui Readett

Jacqui is passionate about helping people to understand their mind and behaviours, to discover how to improve their relationships and to get their needs met constructively. She provides EMDR, Family Therapy, CBT, and DBT, for youth to the very old, with a trauma informed, solution focus.
Jacqui is qualified as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, an EDMR Therapist, and as a Clinical Family Therapist, and has over 18 years’ experience delivering therapy for people with complex trauma and other mental illness.
Her approach is person-centred, solution-focused, and tailored to meet you where you are at. She embraces diversity and offers an inclusive, non-judgemental, empathetic approach, for you to feel safe in control of your therapy. Jacqui is keen to see people get better and to get on with a life they feel is worth living.
Jacqui specialises in supporting people to overcome symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, illness, personality vulnerabilities, psychosis, anger, addiction, stigma and relationship problems.
She provides a variety of therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive, Behavioural, Relationship, and Expressive Therapies, for individuals, couples and families, for people ranging from 12 year sold to the most senior.
She is available at the Bremer Specialist Centre every Wednesday and Thursday, from 8.30am – 4.30pm, Telehealth is available by appointment.
Rebates are available through Medicare and some health funds, and she accepts DVA, Work Cover and other service providers. Jacqui has current availability to see new clients.
Dr Kanaka Jeyaraman
ENDOCRINOLOGIST & DIABETICIAN

Dr Kanaka Jeyaraman is a senior endocrinologist with many years of experience in the field of Endocrinology who provides evidence-based and patient-centric care for a wide range of endocrine conditions.Clinical interests: general endocrine conditions, complex diabetes care, thyroid diseases, PCOS, weight management, osteoporosis, menopausal hormone therapy.
She holds a fellowship from the Royal Australian College of Physicians (FRACP) in endocrinology, has a wealth of clinical experience in both public and private settings in Australia and India, and holds a staff specialist position with Metro South Hospital and Health Service.
She fosters a welcoming and compassionate environment where patients feel heard, understood and supported, ensuring each individual receives tailored treatment plans to suit their unique needs and concerns.
As a clinical researcher, she believes in research that translates into improved patient outcomes. She is also actively involved in international and national endocrine societies and committees, has several publications, textbook chapters and academic appointments to her credit, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in diagnostic genomics.
Dr Kanaka Jeyaraman is accepting new patients, and happy to consult with clinicians and peers around patient care and advice.
Dr Madhi Sundaram

Dr Madhi Sundaram specialises in Nephrology and General and Acute Care medicine (GACM).
Dr. Sundaram commenced working in Australia in 2011 at the Royal Darwin Hospital. He moved to Queensland in 2022 to work as a Nephrologist and Physician at the Ipswich Hospital.
Dr Sundaram is a senior nephrologist. He completed his renal training in 2007 and has worked in tertiary care settings including acute transplantation for the last 18 years. Dr Sundaram has a wealth of expertise in managing complex nephrological issues which includes acute and chronic kidney diseases, dialysis, acid- electrolyte disturbances, difficult to manage hypertension, renal transplantation, and immunological renal disorders. He has vast experience in training undergraduate and post graduate trainees in medicine and nephrology. Dr Sundram is also accredited to practice general and acute care medicine (GACM) and can provide advice on management of complex general medicine problems.
Dr. Sundram has a strong track record in academics and has authored/ co-authored about 40 publications in several peer-reviewed medical journals and nephrology textbooks. He is also a reviewer for several research journals and is a co-investigator/ additional investigator for several multi-national clinical trials. He has several academic distinctions including a clinical educator of the year award in 2021 (NT Prevocational Medical Assurance Services (PMAS) and also was recognised as a pre-eminent staff specialist at the Royal Darwin Hospital. He was a member of the Menzies ethics committee in Northern Territory.
Dr. Sundaram has a special interest in genetic renal disorders and established a renal genetics clinical service at the Royal Darwin Hospital. Dr Sundaram completed a master's in diagnostic genomics and also possesses a diploma in medical biostatistics. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Genomics at the Queensland University of Technology.

Michelle Galati

Michelle is passionate about working with individuals to improve the quality of their lives. She approaches therapy in a collaborative manner to address important issues that allow clients to reach their full potential and to create a rich, full, and meaningful life.
Michelle endeavours to create a safe, professional, warm and comfortable atmosphere and strives to approach each individual in a non-judgmental and open-minded way in talking about any life situations people may be going through. Michelle is ethical and competent in her work practices using various therapies to assist with a multitude of life issues.
Having completed her initial studies at Griffith University, Michelle is now nearing the end of her Master of Science in Medicine (Sexual and Reproductive Health) specialising in Psychosexual Therapy at the University of Sydney. With 15 years of knowledge and experience working in private psychiatric hospital settings and private practice, Michelle is now in private practice full time, and consults on a variety of presentations of adults (18+) within trauma informed care.
Michelle would like to offer support to any patients you think may benefit from working in collaboration with a psychologist or a Psychosexual Therapist. Michelle has worked with varied presentations and a variety of training in facilitating groups and individual sessions in psychotherapy styles such as; CBT DBT ACT Schema Therapy EMDR & Mindfulness therapies.
